CHOCOLATE MIXER (WINNER)

• Chocolate Mixer is heated by surrounding water and keeps heat at desired level. 
• Inner and Outer Tank Body is double membraned stainless steel (304 Cr-Ni)
• Motor connection and outer body is made of platina steel construction.  Base sheet thickness is 20 mm, side sheets thickness is 12 mm
• Motor power is 20 Hp / 15 Kw.  Motor is with gear-motor.
• There are 4  thermostatic resistances
• Circulation pump is 2,2 3 Hp
• Motor is joint to mixer shaft directly
• Sphere balls which mixing the chocolate is 358 Kg with 7/16 dia (11,11 mm)

            1000 Grade (Food grade) 304stainless.

• Chocolate is taken out of tank by double membrane arm valves and chocolate pump
• Control panel is fixed on the machine
• Product thickness is 20-30 micron
• Tank Volume : 540 Lt
• Capacity        : 320 Kg
