EARED TYPE SIDE FEEDFLOWPACK WRAPPING MACHINE

TECHNICAL DETAILS

It is flow packing machine which is packing different shaped products(such as biscuit, Wafer, Chocolata Bar, Soap Bar, Havla etc). Products areconveyed and sealed through lenght with disks.

WORKING PRENCIPLE

Products are put on palet which is on feedng transport. They they arecarried to mean transport unite. Products will be vertical type by palet whichis on disk. Productions are transported with package to jaw group. The wrappingmaterial is sealed in three way; package lenght is sealed with disks and 2sides are sealed by jaws while jaws blade is cutting.

• Reductor motor power is 1.1 KW and capacity 200 rpm.
• You can adjust of carrying palet with Wheel which is outside of machine very easily.
• Machine has two jaws.
• Feding and conveyor unite are stainless.
